Kelly-Jaymes Beck, is a mom, nurse and longtime community advocate based in Langford. After 20 years in nursing and countless hours volunteering and fundraising for local schools and families, caring for others has always been at the heart of every thing she does.

She first began creating gifts baskets for school fundraisers and community events as a way to give back. Along the way, she discovered a love for designing thoughtful, personalized pieces that made people feel seen and celebrated. What began as small acts of service naturally grew into boutique specialty balloons and curated gifts.

This led to the launching of her Langford-based business, West Hills Gift Company, creating custom gift baskets and specialty balloons to help families celebrate life's meaningful moments.
