REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

All Sales Final

Due to the perishable and custom nature of our gift baskets and balloon arrangements, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products.

Quality Guarantee

While we cannot accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. We will provide a refund or replacement only in the following circumstances:

  • Items damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Quality issues with perishable items upon delivery

Reporting Issues

To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at westhillsgiftcompany@gmail.com and/or call 778-896-6364 with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A description of the problem

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Replacements will be scheduled based on product availability and delivery area.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded or replaced unless there was an error on our part in fulfilling your specifications.
