Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within select communities. Delivery areas and fees are calculated at checkout based on your postal code. Our team carefully hand-delivers your gift baskets and balloon arrangements to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery times vary by location and product availability. Most orders are delivered within 2-4 business days. For time-sensitive celebrations, please contact us directly to confirm delivery availability.

In-Store Pickup

Free pickup is available at our West Hills Gift Company location. Orders are usually ready for pickup within 2-4 days. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.

Custom & Balloon Orders

Gift baskets and balloon arrangements are made to order. Due to the customized nature of these products, please allow additional time for preparation. Balloons must be picked up or delivered—they cannot be shipped.
